Working experience: Coordinator/project worker in multicultural NGO experience on group instructing, events and general NGO work. Saila has done EVS in Germany (at youth NGO) in 2009 and has take part severals Erasmus+ project as participant.

Has  a master’s degree in International Human Rights Law with working experience in Save the Children, the African Child Policy Forum and Finnish Red Cross and Kent Refugee Action Network,UK at various levels. Tewodros was responsible for organizing the Week Racism Campaign in South-West Finland under Red Cross in 2016.  He is also responsible for international cooperation for StepEurope. Participated in Erasmus+ trainings in UK, Sweden and Kosovo

Working experience: youth worker in Turku city and has a lot of experience in working with youngsters in different environments such as library and other public spaces. Tuuli has also done various internships and volunteer work in different organisations for example Maailmanvaihto ICYE- Finland and The Peace Education Institute and was organising the COMPASS – human rights training in Finland with other StepEurope’s volunteers

Master of Education (major Life long learning and education, minor social anthropology, social work, sustainable development, business and portuguese). Working experience: Red Cross, intern of multicultural activities ( for instance planning, organising and executing the Week Against Racism and Family camp beside that effectively work in the social media and other medias within the framework of parity and equality thematics), Red Cross, youth worker (HR coordinator in international youth camp, the work comprised recruiting, briefing and supporting over 100 volunteers before and during the camp. At last writing a report about the tasks.) Volunteer: ReWell project at University of Tampere (co-worker University of Morogoro, Tanzania) on 2015, Kenyan Red Cross trainer of antiracism circle and Finnish Red Cross multicultural committee since 2014.
