This free evening session is suitable and open to all. We relax, stretch and try mindfulness practice in English. Focus is easy movements helping you to ease the tension, stress and observe your breathing. Please bring warm and stretching clothing. Duration is approximately 1 hr 30 min. There is coffee, tea and snacks provided and open discussion. Workshop is organised by StepEurope ry with volunteers.
